Obituary for Ethel E. George

FRAMINGHAM: Ethel E. George, 95, a lifelong resident of Framingham, passed away peacefully Tuesday March 7, 2017 in Natick.

Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Pandi and Jennie (Adams) George and was a graduate of Framingham High School with the Class of 1938. She worked for a time for Hodgman Rubber Co. as an inspector for military clothing, and was employed for many years as a microfilm computer operator at Dennison Mfg. Corp before retiring in 1984. A member of the Dennison Associates, she was also a longtime member of the Annunciation Orthodox Church in Natick and its Vetetima Club.

She is survived by a brother: Thomas George, a sister: Virginia Yusikones, a niece: Lisa Collins and husband Don, and a nephew, Mark Yusikones and wife Jessica; two grand-nieces: Brittany and Karissa Collins and three grand-nephews: Jacob Collins, Nolan and Kyle Yusikones.

A visiting hour will be held Monday March 13th, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Boyle Bros. Funeral Home, 173 Union Ave., Framingham. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Annunciation Orthodox Church, 37 Washington St., Natick. Burial will be in Edgell Grove Cemetery, Grove St., Framingham.
